Once you have chosen your desired property you will be invited to our office to complete an application form and terms and conditions for a tenancy where you may state any required special conditions of the offer and provide details for your references (Previous Landlord, Work/Employer, Bank, Character, ID). The Fees:
Tenancy/contract arrangement fee: £180inc vat per person or per bedrooms, whichever is greater Reference check fee: £60inc vat per person; Tenancy /contract renewal fee: £120inc vat per person; Check-Out or Check-In fee: £240inc vat per property; Guarantor application fees: £180inc vat per person; Change of tenant fee: £180inc vat per person or per bedrooms, whichever is greater; The agreed rent is payable every calendar month by standing order. One calendar month’s rent is calculated as follows: 1 weeks rent x 52 weeks / 12 months. Holding deposit is 6 weeks.
The rent in some circumstances may be paid 3, 6 or 12 calendar months in advance.
